For customized bags or limited-edition styles, processing times may be extended to 5-7 business days, and we will inform you of the specific processing cycle via email at the time of your order. If there is an unexpected delay due to inventory shortages or other unforeseen circumstances, our customer service team will contact you promptly to explain the situation and provide alternative solutions.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method, and will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your payment.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees or additional charges incurred.

Lost Packages: If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, property management, or local post office. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 24-48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation and provide a refund or reshipment once the loss is confirmed.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing from your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide clear photos of the damaged items, the packaging, and the shipping label. 6. Bag Care and Maintenance Notice

All MEKHI FLOOD bags are made of high-quality materials, and proper care will extend their service life. Please refer to the care instructions attached to each bag (usually inside the inner pocket or on the product tag) for cleaning and maintenance guidelines. MEKHI FLOOD is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect cleaning methods, scratches, or normal wear and tear.

7. International Shipping, Customs, and Restrictions

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries and regions. For international orders, shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time for international shipping is 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance speed. Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customers are advised to check their local customs regulations before placing an international order, as some countries may have restrictions on importing certain types of bags .
